Free Shipping Policy:

Shipping costs for your order are currently Free if you opt for normal delivery which may take upto 25-40 working days.

You can alsoopt for faster delivery by paying extra delivery charges only if the service is available for that particular product.

Delivery Time Frame:

The estimated delivery time will always be mentioned in the confirmation e-mail. Kindly note that the delivery time frame is only estimated time period and it can take more or less days depending on the circumstances.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Product Availability:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Tax Policy:

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Order Confirmation:

Please note that it will take 3-4 days for your order to confirm after you have made the payment. Once it is confirmed by Blueteria executives then only it will be sent for shipping.

The estimated delivery time strictly starts after the payment is authorised and confirmed by Blueteria executives.


Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 9-16 business days from the date that it is confirmed. After your payment is authorised and verified, it will take at least 3-5 business days to process and provide you the tracking number. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends and holidays. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Your order should arrive within 25-35 working days. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. If your order does not arrive within 35 business days, you can apply for a refund by reverting back on this e-mail.
